Who is the intended audience for the survey?

The primary users of selected reports. There is no minimum, but we recommend representation from each department. We target a 75% or higher completion rate.

How long does it take to complete the survey?

On average, it takes staff 10 - 20 minutes to complete the survey. There are 10 overall questions and 6 questions per report.

What is the timeframe to complete the assessment?

Most associations have results in hand within 3-4 weeks.
